How to solve food inflation

Is food inflation starting to ease? Maybe.

However, it still remains sky high at 17.2% vs the same time last year. This means the average annual grocery bill carries an additional £833 compared to last year. During a cost of living crisis, this can have a crippling impact on lives across the UK.

Alas, there is a solution!

It's a widely known fact that, as Brits, we waste 30% of all food(!), with 60% being thrown away in the household. If you are an offending family, you could cut down on your waste and save up to £1,000 of your annual grocery bill as a result. This completely offset's your food inflation bill and you've even got some leftover to afford a weekly coffee from your local coffee shop.

Fly2Feed is dependant on upcycling food waste, but it'd be far better if we had no food waste in the first place.
